Mahindra City to Kilambakkam bus terminus. 23 km. Today that stretch takes about 90 minutes at peak. NHAI says the new elevated corridor will cut it to 15 to 20 minutes. It's a double-decker: lower tier a six-lane toll highway, upper tier a metro line. Separately, Tindivanam to Chengalpattu is promised to drop from 90 minutes to 30, and Tindivanam to Kilambakkam to about an hour overall.
